What you'll be doing

The Restaurant Manager will be involved in the management of wine and beverage program including inventory and ordering. This experienced candidate will monitor and drive staff beverage sales to exceed budget goals. This role is accountable for operations in a shift in the restaurant. The incumbent will create an exceptional guest experience to build relations and repeat business. This person will administer the employees in the shift operations and aid in the administration of the restaurant to get customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial objectives. Also she/he will monitor the shift's operations in the restaurant and liaison with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, compliance with procedures and safety regulations and an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are achieved.

1-2 years of employment experience in a related field

Required Schooling / Training
