What you'll be doing
- As a Customer Service Manager, the person will work with the General Manager to ensure an increase in revenue and guest counts by establishing and creating an excellent customer service experience. The successful applicant will set the example as a leader and build team engagement by concentrating on the development of teammates, providing on-going guidance, coaching and direction. It is the task of the Customer Service Manager to take initiative and work with the General Manager to improve sales, daily profit performance, & controllable expenses. In addition, she/he will supervise inventory and product ordering that exceeds business needs. Also the incumbent will provide solid leadership and manage performance of staff to ensure branch achieves established goals.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years banking or retail background experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
