What you'll be doing
- Our company is now on the lookout for an experienced Network Engineer for the position located in our department in Seattle (WA, United States of America). In this role the person will take responsibility for implementing, designing and improving the company clients Network Infrastructure. The basic duties and essential functions are the following: - Provide Network Optimizations, Design, Analysis and Implementations. - Provide Root Cause Analysis, Security, Monitoring, Recovery and Back-Up of the Network. - Create and maintain design documentation in order to reflect changes to infrastructure and processes.
What your background should be
- The Network Engineer position requires the following abilities, knowledge, skills and certifications: - Previous experience working in WAN and LAN configurations. - From five years of prior industry level experience installing, analyzing, monitoring and configuring the infrastructure of the network. - Previous experience with Big IP, load balancers, QOS. - Extensive experience with Routers & Switches, SNMP tools, Firewalls, Cisco, network testing tools. - Previous experience with network protocols and routing, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, etc. - Previous experience with either InfoBlox or OPNET highly required. - Cisco Certifications are a must have.
