What you'll be doing

The Business Analyst will need to contribute technical expertise in the data queries as well as subject matter expertise in financial services risk management. What is more, the chosen person will also be required to use Excel and SQL in order to perform analysis of large volumes of data, collect info from data warehouses, and build and maintain queries. The Business Analyst position responsibilities the incumbent will face with: - Retrieve and analyze data on the basis of using Excel, SQL as well as the other data management systems. - Analyze data, monitor existing metrics as well as collaboratively partners with the members of the internal teams in order to identify system and process improvements. - Develop queries for the ad hoc projects and requests. - Provide ongoing reporting. - Develop and successfully implement various reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with an opportunity to make effective decisions and manage business properly. - College as well as validate complex data sets for the compliance reporting requirements.

What your background should be

Skills and qualifications required for the Business Analyst role: - From 2 to 4 years of related work experience in money transmitter, payments, financial institution, e-commerce, audit and risk management. - Solid knowledge of MS Excel and SQL. - BS or BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Analytics or any other related area. - Great communication skills.
