What you'll be doing
- The results-oriented, highly creative and collaborative Director of Human Resources will: - Direct the performance and compensation processes in order to reward, attract and retain employees. - Develop and accurately structure the organization in order to grow as well as adapt to the projected growth. - Oversee and coordinate new hire orientation, open enrollment initiatives and terminations. - Collaborate with the representatives of the existing recruiting team and executives in order to put processes in place. - Design and direct HR related programs including organizational development, compensations, change management and benefits.
What your background should be
- You will be a success in the Director of Human Resources position if: - You are a HR leader with solid business / generalist partnership background and proficiency in emerging HR practices and trends. - Extensive experience and track record of success in performing an HR function in a high growth, dynamic settings. - A great understanding of budgets and business financials. - Awareness of all functional and technical elements of HR including: talent management, leadership and organizational development, compensation, HRIS, training, employee relations, strategic planning and M&A.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelors Degree.
