What you'll be doing
- We have an opening for a competent Full Time Case Manager to coordinate patient admission from the referral point through the discharge directly for our Rehabilitation Department.
What your background should be
- Keep in mind the Full Time Case Manager position must haves: - CRRN highly required. - BS preferred. - From two years of Case Management or Rehab experiences. - From one year of previous experience in acute rehab programs highly desired. - Exceptional communication skills.

- Bachelors Degree
