Marketing Coordinator

What you'll be doing: Our company is on the lookout for a proactive, skilled and bright Marketing Coordinator, who will be required to support the companys business and marketing development activities. The Marketing Coordinator position is based in our department located in Bellevue (WA, Unites States of America) till the moment, when the office relocates to the Seattle. Working cooperatively with the senior marketing experts as well as the other members of the group, the person taken for the Marketing Coordinator role will also deal with the following duties: - Maintain, write and organize marketing materials including project lists, sheets, resumes and related collateral. - Coordinate, write and develop top quality proposals, SOQs and presentations. - Identify, track and coordinate industry, conference and award opportunities. - Provide help with the management and development of the lead tracking. - Assist with the content development for various market-specific communication programs, including marketing campaigns, social media and website engagements. - Support special client, office and philanthropic events. - Research potential project and clients opportunities. - Deal with the other responsibilities as well.

What your background should be: The basic requirements for the Marketing Coordinator position include: - From three to five years of previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a professional services company or in the A / E / C industry. - Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, MS Office and SharePoint. - Team-oriented and positive attitude towards work and the members of the team. - Solid project management skills with an ability to meet the strictest deadlines. - Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or any other related degree. - Exceptional communication skills.
