What you'll be doing
- Branch Manager will supervise the service and sale levels of the branch and create a comprehensive plan that develops the branch and provide the level of service organization customers require. This role is expected for supervising the branch and providing high quality leadership to ensure the branch objectives and standards are attained. The Branch Manager will ensure the accurate and lawful operation of the branch, including compliance with policies and procedures. It is the task of the Branch Manager to make sure that the branch is adequately staffed with workers committed to the bank and branch goals and objectives.
What your background should be
- 2 years of management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
