What you'll be doing

Areas of responsibility involve Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising day-to-day restaurant functions and support with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards and help servers and host on the floor during peak meal periods. The qualified applicant will attempt to continually improve guest and worker satisfaction and increase the financial performance in areas of responsibility. The incumbent will identify training required to execute objectives, then supervise plan. The chosen candidate will understands employee positions well enough to accomplish responsibilities in the absence of the workers. Also she/he will provide the leadership, vision and supervision to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective.
