What you'll be doing
- The primary responsibility of the Junior Network Administrator is to provide personal computing support, assistance, and setup for all Cleveland Brothers users. This individual will provide help desk assistance to system users via phone, email or walk-in. Support includes, workstation configuration [setup, installation, configuration, documentation, and training] of personal computers, mobile devices, desk phones, printers, network software, Scanners, and other hardware. As part of setup create user accounts, default printers, and configurations. Junior Network Administrator will be expected for day-to-day review of network logs ensuring a proactive and preventative maintenance approach to network management . The person will be required for validation of day-to-day network backups, making certain all files are backed up properly and stored for disaster recovery.
What your background should be
- 5 years of personal computing experience
Required Schooling / Training
- AA degree
