What you'll be doing
- The Service Manager will be primary focus on executing general and/or specialized maintenance and repairs, administering a team of maintenance technicians and assistants, supervising a budget for most cost effective practices, and providing supervision, training and development for assigned associates. The qualified applicant will inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to verify the type of work required. The person will start flow of repair in coordination with the Property Manager. The position holder will conduct inventory on current stock and order materials [approved by Property Manager] to make sure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts. Further, she/he will evaluate worker performance, and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and dismissals.

- 3-5 years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school/GED
