What you'll be doing
- The primary purpose of this position is to manage Property Coordinator, building maintenance staff, day porters, and janitorial staff and security officers. The Commercial Property Manager will supervise tenant relations, service requests, payables, and maintenance of property files, supervision of vendors and building staff and any other duties as necessary to support the operation of the portfolio. The qualified applicant will report to the President of the company. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for supervising and negotiating vendor contracts for landscaping, parking, janitorial, elevators, fire and life safety, heavy equipment preventive maintenance. In addition, she/he will review, approve and input payables and receivables into MRI.
What your background should be
- 5 or more years of commercial property management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
