What you'll be doing
- As the Account Manager, the person will require for the daily account management for small to mid-sized customers that are routine/moderately complex customers accounts. This individual will supervise an assigned book of business and establish, expand, and solidify relationships with current customers. The person will also assist an Account Executive or a Broker Producer and is the first line of contact when the Account Executive or Broker/Producer is not available. This experienced candidate will cultivate relationships with the most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with daily customer representatives and buyers. Also she/he will lead appropriate resources to address the risk/capital management needs of the customers.
What your background should be
- 3 or more years of client coordination experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
