What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing the accounting management systems of the agency, involving payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivables functions and provide assistance to the Chief Financial Officer in processing all agency accounting tasks. The Accounting Manager will coordinate and administer all program contract billings as needed, forward to the Chief Financial Officer for approval. The Accounting Manager will also provide feedback to the Chief Financial Officer of charges in standard/recurring invoices. She/he will act as Finance liaison with the Program Directors and the Director of Programs. The incumbent will record and report pledges and donations, in concert with the Development office.
What your background should be
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting

- Provides individuals and families who are homeless and may have substance use disorders, often accompanied by chronic health issues like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C and mental illness.
