What you'll be doing

As an integral member of the organization team, this individual will be engaged for supervising the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its employees. The Restaurant Manager will create a dining occasion that delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to guests. The qualified applicant will administer the preparation of food which involves employee recipe adherence while exceeding the high standard of the company for food presentation, sanitation, and quality. Moreover, the chosen candidate will provide outstanding guest service and interact with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience. She/he will troubleshoot all store-level guest questions, complaints, and/or problems in a timely basis and with the appropriate follow-through.

1+ years restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school graduate
