What you'll be doing
- The qualified candidate is expected for managing complex projects while acting as the advocate of the users in the product development process, which requires a solid understanding of the targeted users as well as excellent interpersonal skills. The Technical Writer will be responsible for maintaining consistently high quality and output standards, and meet or exceed schedules as set by supervisor. Duties may involve researching, writing, editing and producing user and installer documentation for print, online, and interactive use. This individual will work closely with peers, illustrators and engineering staff to design documentation approaches, compile and edit information, and produce accurate, clean copy.
What your background should be
- 4 years of technical writing experience
Required Schooling / Training
- BA/BS degree in English
