What you'll be doing
- The Assistant Manager will be answerable for learning and administering the operational and merchandising areas of the Clubs. As the Assistant Manager, the person will supervise all operational and merchandise areas of the Club to ensure compliance with policies and procedures including shrink, expense control, human resources, payroll, labor scheduling. The successful applicant will manage the budget of the club, including payroll, repairs and maintenance and other controllable expenses to attain the planned profit of the club. This chosen candidate will develop & supervise procedures and processes to ensure compliance with operational and merchandising policies. Moreover, this individual will execute management functions in the absence of the General Manager.
What your background should be
- 3 years of retail supervisory experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
