What you'll be doing
- The Human Resources Manager will lead the functional HR department and has overall duty at the Plant for the management of worker and leadership training and development, compensation, recruitment, and effective employee processes, procedures and systems. It is the duty of the Human Resources Manager to ensure that all workers (management, salaried and hourly) receive appropriate training and development to broaden individual and team skills and abilities to adequately perform their roles and responsibilities. Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and accomplishing the appropriate recruitment strategies to ensure the site meets current and future requirements. Also, the Human Resources Manager will ensure appropriate procedures, processes and mechanisms are in place to provide employees with a safe and secure employment environment.
What your background should be
- 5-7 years of practical experience at management level
Required Schooling / Training
- University degree
