What you'll be doing
- The Call Center Trainer is accountable for the delivery of technical and non-technical training programs to the call center. The primary focus of this position is to deliver training to new and existing Call Center workers. The training will involve the detailed features of the products and services provided by Guardian, development of standardization of processes between the Guardian call centers, new hire orientation, and recurrent training programs. The Call Center Trainer will work with the Call Center Training and Development Manager and other training personnel in the development of new programs and the maintenance of existing programs.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of sales/customer service/business/training experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
