What you'll be doing
- The primary responsibility of the Call Center Team Leader is to provide Operational Leadership and Process Improvements for Regional Call Center. The Call Center Team Leader will interact and cooperate with local and global support teams to ensure standard level of functionality for Call Center. It is the task of the position holder to establish a close working relationship with relevant regional Sales teams to ensure consistent responses and troubleshoot customer problems. Also, she/he will understand end to end processes and systems required for Customer Service Call Center (Order to Remittance). The Call Center Team Leader will work with global governance team to simplify and develop system improvements.
What your background should be
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
