What you'll be doing
- This individual will be answerable for the efficient and profitable operations of the venue, and the direct supervision of staff members. In this position, the person will ensure a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation, training, and safety practices. The qualified candidate will guarantee our high standards of performance are maintained. The Restaurant Manager will be engaged in developing, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating and hourly staff members. This experienced person is accountable for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership. The Restaurant Manager is expected for supervising all functions of the restaurant during opening, mid or closing shifts. Key duties may involve hiring, managing, supervising and training restaurant team members.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of experience in a high volume food and beverage environment
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
