What you'll be doing
- This individual is accountable for maintaining the day-to-day operations of a site. The Assistant Manager will provide support to the Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, maintaining cleanliness standards and customer service as needed. It is the duty of the Assistant Manager to supervise security system; execute lock checks on a daily basis and accomplish minor maintenance and custodial duties; clean vacated units on a timely basis. In this role, the person will execute other functions as assigned; work with minimum direct supervision; operate effectively on a team. Also she/he will be focused on consulting the Policy and Procedures manual on a regular basis for answers, clarifications and consistency and effectively supervise maintenance workers to assist with successful running of the facility and execution of functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
