What you'll be doing

This entry level role is expected for creating and administering project plans, including schedule, scope, for large, complex projects with minimal oversight; and supervising internal resources across the clinical program departments for delivery of a products or services to internal and external entities, i.e. employer groups, brokers, consultants. This Project Manager is required to use project management practices for the variable work associated with assigned projects. This individual will interface with leaders in matrixes support organizations to ensure project resource needs are met. The incumbent will plan, schedule, and track projects using the Project Management Center of Excellence () standards.
