What you'll be doing
- It is the responsibility of the HR Associate to maintain HRIS systems: enters data changes, ensure on-line and phone data submissions are compliant with company standards, and audit HRIS systems for correct systems usage. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for maintaining working knowledge of the company policies and procedures to be able to clearly communicate applicable information with departments and individuals. The Human Resources Associate will coordinate leaves of absence activities: issue proper forms, reviews certifications, support workers with leave of absence questions, and communicate accordingly. Also, she/he will prepare reports: make and audit standardized HR reports for the business and internal HR use.
