What you'll be doing
- The principal purpose of this job is to provide communication to customers on maintenance and repair needs that are determined during service. This individual will supervise the Store Service Operations as well as providing active technical assistance in the store. It is the task of the Service Manager to execute Master Technician work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles. The Service Manager will be engaged in executing equipment inspections, adjustments and maintenance. Further, this individual will maintain records of time, materials and work performed. She/he will supervise shop team, parts operations and scheduling.
What your background should be
- 2-5 years of service management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school graduation
Who is the client company
