What you'll be doing

Under the direction of the Director or designee, the Project Coordinator will provide analysis and assistance for projects, administrative, and general operations. This experienced candidate will be expected for independent action on multiple projects as directed. Functions vary according to the priorities of the department. Project Coordinator may support senior staff with project development activities: compiling data, drafting reports, and helping with special projects. The incumbent will maintain project plans in Microsoft Project and produce related project reports. Furthermore, the incumbent will review pertinent correspondence, communications and other background materials in a routinely manner to remain current on project and operation details.

What your background should be

1 year of experience in coordinating and planning projects

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in business administration
