What you'll be doing
- This chosen individual is answerable for attaining club goals by developing a quality environment, fulfilling or exceeding financial projections, administering ancillary sales and meeting or exceeding new membership and retention goals and objectives. As the General Manager, the incumbent will play one of the most key roles in affecting the membership attrition rate. The General Manager will focus on hiring and management of the staff to ensure that the staff is well trained, friendly and implements member retention efforts as well as the cleanliness of the site helps execute this goal. The person will attain financial goals by preparing budgets, examining and reporting on variances, initiating corrective actions.

- 5 years of management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- 4 year college degree
