What you'll be doing

It is the responsibility of the Property Manager to oversee and manage the operations of each property to which administered, at the least possible cost to generate the maximum return on the investment dollars, maintaining the property at the established levels of protection, care and maintenance. The Property Manager will be responsible for holding appropriate standards of physical maintenance and housekeeping. The Property Manager will build and supervise preventive maintenance schedules. Also, the Property Manager will prepare or build the day-to-day work schedule for operations, and coordination of all in-house construction. Further, the Property Manager will direct quarterly and annual building inspections.

5 years of property management experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
