What you'll be doing
- The Restaurant Manager will work as a key member of the restaurant to plan, supervise, and coordinate the operations of the restaurant. It is the task of the Restaurant Manager to supervise purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion and specification standards. This person will supervise budgets and payroll records, and reconsider financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. Further, she/he will coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure correct use of food and timely preparation. The Restaurant Manager will also supervise compliance with and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
What your background should be
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
