What you'll be doing

Master Data Management Lead will communicate clearly and manage client expectations. Provide technical guidance, counsel and direct resources, handle infrastructure relationships and constraints. The individual is also responsible for working with business units across the firm to implement a consistent process, for all data types or technologies. Review and classify inventory of data across the enterprise, and identify core master data and associated hierarchies/taxonomy and lifecycle events. Review data flow and usage of Master Data to identify risks due to poor data quality and processing inefficiencies. Work with business information owners and data stewards to address risks by defining and implementing robust business processes to manage complete lifecycle of Master Data.

What your background should be

5+ years of related experience. Data modeling experience essential. Oracle, TOAD, Unix Shell Scripting experience preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelors or higher level degree
