What you'll be doing: As a Store Associate you will directly impact the lives of others. Communicating effectively with managers, peers, customers, and vendors builds respect, trust, and gratitude among those who donate. You will be exposed to a fast paced, physically demanding environment that emphasizes customer service and production of donations. You will responsible for sorting and quality selection of donated goods and security of merchandise. Helps donors and transportation personnel unload the donations and bring into the store. Hangs clothes; sorts and quality selects apparel; and affixes price tags. Operates the cash register.

What your background should be: Minimum of six months experience in a retail store operating a cash register, counting money and making change preferred. Experience in a used goods or retail store will be plus Knowledge of a wide variety of products in order to ensure items are complete and of good value. Ability to realistically assess values of merchandise and work with a minimum of supervision. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
