What you'll be doing
- Manage a team of up to 10 psychologists, nurses, information engineers, and/or outreach specialists who disseminate psychological health and traumatic brain injury (TBI) best practices through continuing education venues including onsite/virtual conferences, webinars, and exhibits. Oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, and sustainment of an educational program providing continuing education units. Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
What your background should be
- 8-10 years of related experience in health care, behavioral health, educational webinars, scientific research, and/or analysis, including supervisory experience. At least 3 years' experience working in a military-DoD milieu a plus. PMP preferred. Excellent with MS Office to include Excel. Highly proficient exporting data sets into presentations, tables, and documents.
Required Schooling / Training
- Master's Degree in a related business or scientific discipline
