What you'll be doing
- Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction. Create manage and execute plans to increase sales and profits. Monitor and improve sales skills of all employees. Set specific goals for store performance and employee training and development. Provide leadership and guidance. Budgeting, pencil profit system and report analysis. Inventory management and security of all store assets.
What your background should be
- Three years of management experience including a working knowledge of profit/loss - plus or five years of management experience including at least three years of profit/loss experience. Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operating system. Valid driving license with good record. Must be at least 20 years of age. Heavy lifting required.
