What you'll be doing

Provides consultation, education and professional support for hospital wide and departmental quality improvement programs, projects and initiatives. Educates and advises on methods, tools and techniques for monitoring and assessing quality of care and compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Provides support for implementation and evaluation of hospital and unit/department based quality improvement programs and serves as project manager for designated programs/projects. Designs and administers customer surveys and analyzes, interprets and presents results.

What your background should be

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts typically acquired. Two or three years of previous experience. Work requires the analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical or technical principles.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business or a closely related field.
