What you'll be doing

Develops and maintains NET web based applications using C# and MVC4.Maintains SQL Server Stored Procedures. Develops and maintains SSIS based ETL processes. Performs hands on analysis of large, unverified data files to enforce data integrity, discover implicit data relationships and develop normalization plans, storage plans and database models. Codes and tests automated processes for data analysis, data scrubbing and verification, data loading, data file matches, batch transaction processing and reporting. Tests applications in systematic manner and participates in code walk throughs. Analyzes and fixes production issues. Maintains software development standards, source code version control standards. Documents actions taken on each task assigned so that an audit trail exists for use in future issue resolution and problem solving. Executes production processes according to the unique schedule and requirements of each assigned project, ensuring accuracy and completeness of application results. Maintains excellent technical knowledge, including new programming techniques and other technical developments and suggests, recommends or implements new concepts and techniques, as appropriate. Performs normal administrative functions associated with a professional position, such as time reporting, forecasting and project status reporting. Other duties as assigned by management.

What your background should be

Minimum 5 years using Visual Studio 2008/2010 and SQL Server 2008.Minimum 7 years experience developing software and administering databases. MVC, Agile Development and Visual basic knowledge a plus, particularly converting VB applications to web based applications. Experience in the Health Insurance sector, experience in a Call Center environment, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience.
