What you'll be doing
- Performs tasks associated with the receipt, storage and shipment of product while meeting productivity, quality, safety, behavioral and attendance expectations. May be used as a floater in various departments. Functions may include, but are not limited to unloading, put away, sorting, labeling, picking, packing, replenishing, auditing, shipping, making boxes etc. Performs necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment. Must be able to operate a Forklift. Able to tolerate an environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and work around moving equipment. Operate computerized scanning equipment.
What your background should be
- Experience with Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck. Must have a minimum of 6 to12 months warehouse or related experience. Inventory experience required. Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
