What you'll be doing
- In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of the companies third party onsite program. You will define and perform analyses and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency agencies. Work with the third party risk management team, business lines, subject matter experts, and service providers to ensure that onsite assessments are completed within the targeted deadlines. Track and monitor the progress of each onsite selected for the third party onsite program. Communicate onsite results to the appropriate individuals within the company. Coordinate onsite efforts being performed throughout the company. Develop and update program policies and desktop procedures.
What your background should be
- Minimum three years of experience in project coordination and project management activities. Background in audit/quality control and/or risk management is preferred. Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit is preferred. Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders is preferred. Advanced understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures. Strong analytical and forecasting skills are preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision. Ability to work as a team leader. Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills. Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
