Lead Teller

What you'll be doing: Lead Teller works under the direction of the Deposit Operations Supervisor, receives and pays out money, transfers funds, processes and maintains records of transactions and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions by performing the following duties. In addition to Lead Teller duties, assists tellers in the efficient handling of member needs. Reviews and checks the work of other. Tellers and assists in the resolution of other Teller problems. Balances each day transactions and verifies cash totals. Perform a broad variety of member services functions such as assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answer member questions regarding services; provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. Actively cross sells products and services. Serve members promptly and professionally.

What your background should be: This position required computer skills and PC proficiency, excellent communication skills and math skills, minimum three years banking experience and possess a can do attitude. Candidate must have ability to work independently.
