What you'll be doing
- The Regional E&P Account Executive is responsible for initiating and executing the sales process for drilling and related activities in a regional marketplace. Sell to a portfolio of geographically segmented prospects to deliver E&P related services, primarily transportation and disposal of special waste. Analyze current market conditions to create strategic plans that result in the identification of potential customers. Participates in regular visits to customer sites to review and identify prospect current waste streams from point of origin to final rest to identify sales opportunities and create sales proposals to effectively win the sale. Prepares and delivers a broad range of compelling sales presentations to multiple levels and environments within prospect organizations. Effectively negotiates sales contracts with key leaders within client organizations. With an understanding of the legal implications of contracts, conducts contract negotiations to include involvement with legal review. Develops and maintains a heightened awareness of market dynamics, emerging opportunities and competitive trends. Facilitate collection and communication of customer data for the organization. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the company current product and service offering, pricing structure, contract management parameters, policies and procedures. Identifies and communicates operational opportunities at republic services facilities to grow the business.
What your background should be
- This position require minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible field production experience in the oil and gas industry. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience that includes at least 2 years of experience selling to large accounts. Ability to analyze and interpret general business and sales reports. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook and an ability to learn internal sales software system. Exceptional customer service skills with a fine-tuned ability to identify and understand customer needs and wants. Effective oral and written presentation skills to key decision makers. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude / outlook while conducting business with integrity, enthusiasm and creativity.
Required Schooling / Training
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
