What you'll be doing

This particular role supports Expense Management and Strategic Insights. As an Associate Analyst, candidate will assist in building tools to manage how we spend money as an organization, as well as develop budgeting frameworks for the company strategic initiatives. Gather and organize data from various business sources to identify variances and evaluate opportunities for improvement. Develop frameworks to efficiently manage and present the data. Build quantitative models to support the business strategies and growth initiatives. Work on projects of increasing responsibility, both individually and as part of a team, to build experience and skills.

What your background should be

This position required minimum 0 to 2 years of professional experience. Applicable experience (through work experience, internships, school projects, etc.). Demonstrated proficiency in Excel. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; the ability to manage multiple priorities. Aptitude to learn/improve technical skills, particularly in SQL, SAS and Micro strategy.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor Degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Academic major or interest in an analytical discipline, such as: Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Economics
