What you'll be doing

Community Trust Private Client Representative is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with service advantage and core values. Works within delegated authority or standard department guidelines, incumbent handles day-to-day client calls, transactions and problem resolution, escalating items beyond specified authority to the assigned relationship manager. Works proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship by referring clients to appropriate team members. Develops working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.

What your background should be

Required one to two years of experience in financial services industry. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proven customer service and problem resolution skills. Basic knowledge of departmental and bank products and services. Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications. Strong ability to understand departmental procedures and systems to operate with regular supervision.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
