What you'll be doing
- The client company is seeking for senior superintendent who is responsible for job site operations, including all on-site activities of the subcontractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives. Responsible for the field manpower organization to ensure the jobsite organization is composed of qualified and knowledgeable personnel, including those of the subcontractors and ensures effective personnel utilization. Establish, coordinate and implement construction schedules, manning charts, materials and equipment requirements. Control jobsite expenditures, in assigned area, for labor, equipment, material and services and ensures field operations are within the budget. Responsible for overall supervision of all personnel in assigned area of responsibility. Implement safety programs and ensures strict adherence to federal, state and local safety codes. Administer a security plan and coordinate the activities with all parties. Responsible for administration of assigned areas contractual activities. Participate in contract and subcontract negotiations. Plan and implement procedures to ensure construction operations are continuously adhering to engineering designs, specifications, quality standards, schedules and budget.
What your background should be
- Must have strong interpersonal and influencing skills needed to communicate with the variety of participants involved with a construction project, Minimum 10+ years of experience and high rise residential experience, 15+ years of experience preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering.
