What you'll be doing
- The client is in need of a Network Operations Technician. This candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to email alerts as well as phone calls supporting customer server and network needs. In addition, this candidate will collaborate with coworkers to research problems and find solutions or escalate to the appropriate level and also maintain daily tasks. The Network Operations Technician also will be responsible for work in any emergency situation at any time.
What your background should be
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role with strong technical aptitude including excellent troubleshooting skills. Must be have the server support, network support, technical support, ticket tracking skills.
