Head of Product

What you'll be doing: The Head of Product must have an aptitude for creating innovative solutions to real world merchant and consumer needs and a demonstrated ability to foresee and quickly respond to changes in demand and technology. An early adopter and passionate user of commerce technology, the preferred individual should have experience in developing commerce, mobile and collaborative open ecosystems/communities. This individual will spearhead global product strategy and the development of both new products and key features that will increase merchant capabilities and satisfaction. Work closely with other members of the senior executive team to align the digital product and experience strategy with customer needs, brand positioning, revenue goals, and team resources. Interacting and working cross functionally with all business units to receive input, solve problems, share best practices, and understand the impact of different product initiatives. Establishment and manage own roadmap, define business requirements, features, functionality and set timelines through development and implementation. Lead a global organization responsible for the delivery of an excellent end-to-end product solution creating compelling merchant and consumer experiences across all platforms and devices.

What your background should be: An ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience leading large-scale software products and 10+ years management experience. Previous leadership of large product organizations. Demonstrated expertise in leading organizations in the creation of superior web/interactive experiences. Expertise with cross platform experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
