What you'll be doing

The Customer Experience Intern will be charge with a project to uncover insights and opportunities for customer experience improvements from our ongoing customer satisfaction survey data. The intern will have a 90 days program geared toward improving satisfaction across all customer touch points. Candidate has to analyze customer experience data collected utilizing correlations, cross tabs, comment reviews and other means to understand the story of customer experiences. Understand the critical customer touch points across all functions in the organization. Recommend process changes based on customer insights. Develop executive-level presentations to illustrate data insights and drive key decision-making.

What your background should be

This position required strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft office. Comfortable manipulating large amounts of data. Comfortable speaking to senior leaders. Familiar with market research and survey design.

Required Schooling / Training

MBA in marketing, market research, data analytics, or similar field
