Supervisor Warehouse

What you'll be doing: Company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. Candidate will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Warehouse supervisors are in charge of inventory in a warehouse or similar space. Lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed. Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements. Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data. Other duties include packing/unpacking documents into boxes, unload/load vehicles for transportation, use database to issue identification numbers for boxes. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

What your background should be: Candidate must have minimum 1 or 2 years of previous packaging or warehouse experience. Candidates must possess good communication skills, conservative presentation, and team-oriented skills.
