What you'll be doing

This professional will perform cell leader duties such as sets daily production goals for individual employees and follows up on progress. Allocates available labor resources and follows up to assure production schedule met as required. Assure that all employees will get properly training. Interpret the Union-Management Collective Bargaining Agreement. Administers and enforces Shop Rules, Safety Rules, and Regulations that may require disciplinary action taken for infraction. Maintains and reviews production requirements with the Operations Manager. Approves personal time, vacation, transfers, and start time changes. Performs tools box talks covering current issues. Coordinates ACE and EHS activities.

What your background should be

Candidate must have minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. A/P license strongly preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office, SAP, MRP material ordering systems. Demonstrated track record of leadership and experience working in a Union shop. Exemplary record of overcoming obstacles with limited resources in a fast pace manufacturing environment. Aerospace Composite and Overhaul and Repair experience is a plus. Comply with EHS Policy and applicable regulatory and company EHS rules and requirements. Attend scheduled EHS training programs.

Required Schooling / Training

Minimum Bachelor degree required.
