What you'll be doing
- This busy insurance and financial services office has a passion to make a difference in the lives of others and better the community. Company is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional. As a team member for candidate will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote products including auto, home and life insurance. Candidate will play other role such as develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services, establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
What your background should be
- An ideal applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills and interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Proactive in problem solving and self-motivated. Candidate must have ability to make presentations to potential customers and conduct interviews in the office and in customer home or business. Life & Health license (must have currently). Bilingual Spanish preferred.
