What you'll be doing

Company is seeking a senior engineer with a broad and deep technology background. Applicant must have the ability to architect, build and support identity and access management (IAM) solutions in a large, complex, heterogeneous corporate environment. In this role, the engineer will engage in effective dialog with senior level IT and business constituents and will successfully map a customer business problem to an end-to-end technology solution. The ideal candidate will have passion and proficiency for identity and access management (IAM) with at least 5 years of hands on experience with Microsoft IAM technologies, including Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).

What your background should be

A successful candidate must have the full lifecycle Identity and Access Management covering all phases (envision, design, plan, document, build, deploy and support). Best practices integration of new or existing systems with common identity stores under the governance of an overall enterprise security model, including claims based Windows integrated, LDAP and anonymous. Working knowledge of how various application architectures leverage IAM, NET and Java, and the key concepts of web application and web service architecture, including SOAP, XML, and WCF. The candidate must also have the following platform specific IAM experience; Microsoft IAM technologies (FIM, ADFS, UAG), including XPATH scripting. Migration of FIM configurations from non-Production to Production environments. Knowledge about Microsoft operating systems, Windows Server 2008R2 and 2012§ Integration of SharePoint (2013 preferred) with FIM and other applications. Broad security experience or security management certifications (e.g. CISSP)

Required Schooling / Training

4 years technical degree (e.g. Computer Science)
