Assistant General Manager

What you'll be doing: The company currently has an opening for an outgoing Assistant Manager with strong organization skills. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency and has managed at least 10+ employees at a time. The position is full-time and the schedule varies. Other duties include co-leading clinic staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals. Working directly with customers to schedule appointments, recommend enhanced services and present membership plans. Ensuring clinic processes and policies followed consistently. Serving as a role model for clinic staff, providing training, guidance and confident leadership.

What your background should be: This position required at least 1 or 2 years of retail and customer service experience and 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience, reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Applicant must reply with resume, cover letter and schedule of availability.
